One-time Donation

If a user selects a payment period of 1 Year or 3 Years - they will have an option to add an additional one-time donation on-top of their membership fees.

Note: This option is not available on when the payment period of Recurring or Enduring is selected.

Note the I'd like to add a one-time donation to my payment checkbox

If you select the checkbox - you will be able to type in a donation amount that gets added to your total payment.
