Signup & Donate

We have a special Signup & Donate module which is loaded into the footer of each page (unless the user is on the actual signup or donate page).
This module uses the following page tags to load in the underlying action pages:

• site_50_donate to load in the donate page
• site_50_signup to load in the signup page
