The homepage feature banner can be configured here:

The banner image is pulled from the Image field.

The button text is pulled from the Label field.

The header text is pulled from the Headline / Action text field.

The button link is pulled from the Page to feature field.

Home Page Tags

site_footer_hide_nav - prevents the homepage from getting linked to in the footer
page_show_modules_home - loads in the homepage module set
page-facebook-feed:climateandhealthalliance - configures the footer facebook link
nav_hide - hides the homepage from the top navbar
page-instagram-handle:climateandhealthalliance - configures the footer instagram link
page-twitter-feed:healthy_climate - configures the footer twitter link
page_show_scrolling_activity_feed - enables the scrolling activity module on the page
page-linkedin-feed:climate-and-health-alliance - configures the footer linkedin link

The homepage module set is activated by the tag page_show_modules_home - which will do the following:

hide the home main page content
loads in page slug "banner_petition" in the basic module layout "petition"
loads in the page slug "featured_partners_directory" in the module "scrolling_directories_feed" - if the page is tagged page_show_scrolling_activity_feed
loads in the subpage "banner_clean_air_and_safe_streets" in the basic module layout "fluid_img_left"
