module_features

This is a subpage_layout basic content module. Activated by page tag module_features.

#Carousel (Animated multiple features)

To configure this - from the control panel - go "Settings" > "Featured content sliders" and add one or more sliders.

• Label - required - just call it "Home slide 1" or something
• Headline / Action text - this should be a pipe delimited string, to break up the headline and subheadline from this one field. For example:
  • Talofa lava | We work to prevent preterm birth and support whānau to prepare for preterm birth. We aim to achieve equity of care and outcomes for all whānau across Aotearoa.
• Page to feature - required - set this to the page slug
• Status - must be set to "published" to appear on the the homepage

The image will appear on the left, and on the right the "Headline / Action text" will be displayed. Content here should be delimited to break up headline and subheadline. Page to feature is required - just set it to the current page slug.

Single Feature Banner

If you only want one banner (not a rotating carousel of banner images and text) - you have two options. The first option is to configure this like the "Carousel" set up above - but only have 1 feature slider. The alternative is to use the page "headline", content, and upload an image to the page File attachments.

Layout Tag

If you apply the page tag layout:homepage to a Features module - it will appear in homepage hero styling - which makes it a larger module. If the module does not have this tag it will default to its normal styling - which is smaller - and designed to be used as a page header on other pages.
