Image Gallery

As requested - blog posts have the ability to add an image gallery to the bottom of the content.

To add an image gallery to a blog post - do the following steps:

1. Tag the blog post layout:image-gallery
2. For each image you want to add to the gallery, add a basic subpage underneath the blog post:
   1. Published
   2. include in support nav - so we can use subnav sorting for image ordering
   3. tagged page_no_robots
   4. with a single image attachment
