Latest Campaigns

Basic subpage module, activated by adding tag module_latest_campaigns.

Then a page and give a data tag latest_campaigns to the parent page of which all campaign pages will be subpages.

Lastly - add the tag module_latest_campaigns:latest_campaigns to the basic subpage so the module knows where to pull the data from.
