The Newsletter signup banner - which will appear on all pages excerpt for /newsletter contains headline and link in content to send users to the /newsletter page. You can configure this message here:

The footer logo is displayed in the left side of the footer. The code loads in from the homepage attachment image with file name containing "footer_logo" - which you can upload here:

Next to the Footer logo you can find the IFEM contact information and the "Get in touch" / email links. These are all loaded in via the Footer site setting - configured here:
