Adding newsletter signup

1. 1.Create a new signup page as a subpage of the group
2. 2.In the new signup page under “Signup settings”, add a “tag all signups with” tag based on the group name
   • e.g. BESIG_newsletter
3. 3.To the signup page, add a tag to the page saying what the tag in step 2 is
   • e.g. newsletter_tag:BESIG_newsletter
4. 4.To the pages where you want to show the newsletter signup, e.g. the “About” page, add the tag “show_newsletter”
