To show a page listing resources, create a blog, and tag it page_resources. This will change the way the excerpts are displayed - if the blog post has an attachment it will show in the excerpt as a download link.

If you also want this page automatically linked to from the featured resources on the homepage, instead tag the page site_resources. Only one page in the site should have this tag.
