toolbox status printouts

This module cannot be called via subpage_layout module tag. It is instead nested within multiple modules to display relevant status printouts.

#Status Printouts

Associate

If the org has tag org_member:associate - the following status message will appear in the members toolbox.

• Associate Membership: [Status]

Associate School

If the org has tag org_member:associate_school - the following status message will appear in the members toolbox.

• Associate School Membership: [Status]

Group

If the org has tag org_member:groups - the following status message will appear in the members toolbox.

• Community Care Group Membership: [Status]

For the current year:

If org is NOT tagged group_form_XXXX and custom field membership_sponsor is NOT empty:

• current_year Membership Fee: Your fee can be sponsored by membership_sponsor if you complete the current_year Annual Membership Renewal Form.

If org IS tagged group_form_XXXX and custom field membership_sponsor is NOT empty:

• current_year Membership Fee: Sponsored by membership_sponsor

If org IS tagged XXXX-PAID and custom field membership_sponsor IS empty:

• current_year Membership Fee: Received, thank you!

If org is NOT tagged XXXX-PAID and custom field membership_sponsor IS empty:

• current_year Membership Fee: Not yet received

If org IS tagged group_form_XXXX:

• current_year Annual Membership Form: Received

If org is NOT tagged group_form_XXXX:

• current_year Annual Membership Form: Not yet received. Due 31 January (+60 days grace)

If org IS tagged Insured XXXX LTas:

• current_year Landcare Bulk Insurance: Insured 01 April current_year - 31 March next_year

If org IS tagged applyInsuranceXXXX and is NOT tagged Insured XXXX LTas:

• current_year Landcare Bulk Insurance: Pending. Your Group has applied to be included on the current_year Bulkl Insurance. The certificate will be available on 01 April next_year.

If org is NOT tagged applyInsuranceXXXX and is NOT tagged Insured XXXX LTas:

• current_year Landcare Bulk Insurance: Not insured for the period 01 April current_year - 31 March next_year through the Landcare Bulk Insurance.

The above will also appear for the following year in December of current year.

Individual Member

Life Membership

If user has an active Life Membership - they will see the following status message:

• Life Membership: Active

Individual Membership

If user has an active Individual Membership - they will see the following status message:

• Individual Membership: Active
• If you have chosen an automatic subscription, you will be notified by email 2 weeks before your next scheduled membership payment. Manage your automatic subscription details here.

If user has a grace period Individual Membership - they will see the following status message:

• Individual Membership: Grace period, Renewal fee due
• If you have chosen an automatic subscription, you will be notified by email 2 weeks before your next scheduled membership payment. Manage your automatic subscription details here.

If user has an expired Individual Membership - they will see the following status message:

• Individual Membership: Expired, please join again

If user has a cancled Individual Membership - they will see the following status message:

• Individual Membership: None

If a user does not have an active Life Membership and does not have any Individual Membership -they will see the following status message:

• Individual Membership: None

Donor

If user has an active recurring donation - they will see the following status message:

• Donor Status: Active Recurring Donor
• Manage your payments here. You will be notified by email 2 weeks before your next scheduled donation.
