Groups
This page describes the additional custom fields and tags for group accounts (aka "ordinary organisations").
Note this documentation only lists the data stored in Nationbuilder. The 123 Membership forms can ask additional questions that are only saved in the form response and not mapped to Nationbuilder.
Inside Nationbuilder, organisations are stored as individual users (the group admin) with the organisation information attached to the account as additional custom fields and tags.
Background note: this site does not use the built in Nationbuilder organisations as we have found that its cause many issues. If an organisation account takes an individual action (for example filling in a RSVP form) data is overwritten. This method allows organisation accounts to still fill out individual forms without any of these sorts of issues
#Private Fields and Tags

These links will always open in a new window.

The Instagram link is stored in the twitter_login slot. Nationbuilder has a built in slot to store a Twitter link. The Twitter field can be found in the social media tab in the control panal.
Organisation Public Contact
org_public_contact- Custom Field (Text)
This is the public contact information shown on the org profile. Currently it is a single custom field where the user can enter any contact info (email, phone, etc) - this was done in order to reduce the amount of custom fields used. If needed we can split this into specific custom fields for email, phone, etc"
Declaration
declaration_completed- Tag (Single)
This declaration checkbox is a required field on all membership forms.
Membership Tag
WALN Ordinary Member Group- Tag (Single)
The admin must apply this tag for the group to have membership. If they do not have this tag then they cannot access member functions, their profile will not be visible, and they will not appear on the group map.

Groups with this tag appear on the "find a local group" map. The is an 'auto tag' - it is automatically applied to all groups that have a valid membership tag.
