Individuals

This page describes the core fields and tags for individual users.

Note this documentation only lists the data stored in Nationbuilder. The 123 Membership forms can ask additional questions that are only saved in the form response and not mapped to Nationbuilder.

#Profile Field and Tags

As individuals do not have profile pages, all data is considered private. Individual profile pages will show a this profile could not be found message if viewed.

Email

• email - Nationbuilder Field (Text)

This is the main email of the account owner. This is also the sign in email and is is set when the user first creates an account. We do not collect this information in the 123 forms as it is the primary identifier for that account in Nationbuilder.

First Name

• first_name - Nationbuilder Field (Text)

Last Name

• last_name - Nationbuilder Field (Text)

Phone

• phone - Nationbuilder Field (Text)

This is the (private) phone number.

Landcare interests

• Tag (multiple):

An individual can have one or more interest tags.

Landcare interests (other)

• interests_other - Custom field (Text)

Optional text field for other interests.

Mailing (Postal) Address

• Mailing Address - Nationbuilder Field (Mailing Address)

This is the private mailing/postal address of the individual. It is specifically stored in the mailing address (Nationbuilder can store multiple address types).
