Partners

The individual partner pages in the Partners collection are used to populate the Our Partners page (/our-partners).

• The partner pages can be accessed by clicking on the Partners link in the left sidebar or clicking here for the dev site:
  • https://app.cloudcannon.com/45122/editor#sites/118731/collections/partners/
• There are some example partners and you can add new partners by clicking +Add
• Hopefully filling out most of the partner data should be self-explanatory. Let me know if you have and questions or issues.
• The more complex part is the main content for partners. As the partner information can apparently differ so much, this main content is very flexible - you can add any component that you like. When you create a new partner it starts with a standard template structure that should make filling in things easier.
• Once you have added a partner with a region set, also check “featured” to get them to appear on the region page. You can then go to the Lego dev site http://localhost:8080/lego/ then click the (ugly sorry) menu to go to that region page. You should be able to see your partner appear on the region page.

#Parter page design

When you create a new partner - it will automatically have the following sections - you can further customize the components used here if you'd like.

There are three main components used for the content:

• Two panel content block WYSIWYG - this is the main title | markdown content component for each text section (“Who we are” etc).
• Horizontal rule HR - this is a horizontal rule line that can be optionally added between sections
• Basic Content - Image - this is for an optional large image in the content

The page header and “connect with us” are generated automatically from the main Partner fields:

• Header

  • title
  • intro
  • featuredImg - header image
  • logo (logo image in header - will be added shortly)

• Connect with us:

  • email - this is a new Partner field
  • website - this is a new Partner field
