This basic content layout can be activated by applying the tag layout:members-links to a published basic subpage.
This is a special layout used specifically to build the member-portal.mdpage and likely should not be re-used.
It specifically creates the "Edit my Business Profile" link - which we need to use Liquid to generate - and then loops through some other members only pages creating button links. You can find these links here:
