Who appears in the Directory?

For a profile to appear in the SEANZ Professionals (Members) Directory - the following requirements must all be met:

1. Profile must have the Directory tag.
2. Profile must have an active membership.
3. "Don't publish my profile on the website" (is_profile_private) must be unchecked.
   • This can be done by the user from the "Edit Profile" page or by an Admin user via the Control Panel.
4. The custom field "Hide in Directory" (hide_in_directory) must be unchecked.
   • This is updated by the user from the "Edit Profile" page depending on their selection on the "Don't publish my profile on the website" checkbox (we copy value across) - or by an Admin user via the Control Panel.

You can link to a pre-filtered view by adding "?filter=XXX" to the end of the URL - supported filters include "residential", "commercial", or "utility_scale".

Directory Filters

You can filter the directory to find who you need.

You can use the Keyword Search and type in the name of a profile - this is good if you know exactly who you are looking for.

You can use the "Services" and "Region" dropdowns to find a professional who provides a specific service and services a specific region.

You can also use the toggle filters to filter for type: "Residential", "Commercial", or "Utility Scale".

Authorised Installers Directory

Who appears in the Installer Directory?

For a profile to appear in the Authorised Installers (Installer) Directory - the following requirements must all be met:

1. Profile must have the Directory tag.
2. Profile must have an active membership of at least one of the following membership types:
   • Sustaining Tier 1
   • Sustaining Tier 2
   • Sustaining Tier 3
   • Corporate
   • Employee
3. "Don't publish my profile on the website" (is_profile_private) must be unchecked.
   • This can be done by the user from the "Edit Profile" page or by an Admin user via the Control Panel.
4. The custom field "Hide in Directory" (hide_in_directory) must be unchecked.
   • This is updated by the user from the "Edit Profile" page depending on their selection on the "Don't publish my profile on the website" checkbox (we copy value across) - or by an Admin user via the Control Panel.
5. The custom field "Display my profile in the Installer Directory" (installer_directory) must be checked.
