Visibility Logic

In general - to unlock most of the form fields - a user must:

  1. Have an active membership
  2. Have the "Directory" tag

Special Case Scenarios

Opting into the Authorised Provider Directory requires an active Sustaining Tier, Corporate, or Employee membership.

Business Contact Email and the Utility service are only visible if the user has a USS membership.
