The Workstreams page uses the card-grid.md module to create a card for each child subpage. The contents of these page can be configured using the WYSIWYG editor to however the admin likes.

If the page is tagged layout:pdf_embed and has a PDF attachment - we will automatically embed the PDF into the page so users can view and download the PDF easily.
