Signup widget

A signup widget will appear at the top of the homepage if the site has a signup page.

If the signup form in the feature banner is turned on, this widget will automatically hide. It can be explicitly turned back on using the control tags (see below)

This signup widget will also appear in the footer on every page unless it is explicitly disabled.
