Full Page Loader

The full page loader module is included by default on every page of the site - it is not meant to be activated via a basic content module.

As the page loads - a radom whakatauki.md phrase will be selected and displayed below the heart icon.

After a couple of seconds, it will fade out and the webpage will be visible.

NOTE: If any changes need to be made to this a For Purpose developer will be needed to make the change.
