This is a donation v2 page used to collect membership payment.

There are a couple special page tags specifically for this page:

• page_hide_flash_message - this prevents showing the "Thank you for signing up" message that the /join page wants to show (first step).
• page_label_payment - this changes "Donate" and "Donation" text strings in the template to display as "Pay" and "Payment".
