PDF Monkey

The Self Assessment Tool can generate a PDF using PDF Monkey when on the Results Panel.

There is a custom template stored within our PDF Monkey account that is based off of the Results Panel data from the Self Assessment Tool. The generated PDF is essentially a downloadable copy of the Results Panel content.
