User Signup Flow
- When a new user visits the site, they will be shown a Welcome Page and requested to enter their Email and Organisation Name.

- Once they have filled out these fields and hit "Enter" to submit, they will be taken to the survey page.
New users will not have passwords or be given full accounts, but their email and organisation name will be saved as a new entry in the "People" list. All new signups from the Welcome Page will be tagged with "sat_approved".
