Homepage module layout

The CAHA homepage is using a module set - activated by tag on the page in NB - "page_show_modules_home".

CAHA admins should be able to swap out content and update homepage modules by using the Admin Edit Buttons - swapping text and images in the control panel.

NOTE: Since we are using the module set - a For Purpose developer will be needed to add/remove new modules or re-arrange them on the page.
