We need to build out 3 new email templates here. Newsletter, Event, and Urgent Notice.

I have chunked out the divs below - as you can see, Newsletter is the largest and most complex. For Events only a couple new things not on newsletter, else you can reused parts from Newsletter.

Urgent Notice is made up of all parts from Newsletter.
