Pillar - Top Content
If a basic subpage is tagged "pillar_top_content" - this page's content will be loaded towards the top of the page in the left - taking up 3/4 of the screen on laptop or larger screens.
The remaining 1/4 of the page on the right will be filled with the "Take Action" section. This is a collection of links on the site - which can be added by tagging a page in NB with tag "take_action:XXX" where XXX is the pillar page slug that you want the link to go to.

You can add a full-width banner image to the top of the pillar page - add a Featured content slider into this basic subpage. It will appear above the subpage content.
