Policy pages

#Policy pages and file organisation

We currently have set up new pages in Nationbuilder to develop and test this new layout.
We have created a new "policies" page (/manifesto) with individual "policy" pages nested underneath. The individual "policy" chapter pages can also have "subpolicy" pages further nested underneath.

Example page structure:

Page structure

Page Content

For any given page the content will be loaded inside the main content container - on the right side of the page.

If the current page is a policy chapter page and has nested child pages - they will be loaded in as "Read more" cards at the bottom of the page.
If the current page is a subpolicy page and has sibling pages - they will be laoded in as "Read more" cards at the bottom of the page.

The sidebar will be loaded into the left-hand side of all Policies pages (on mobile it will be hidden in a nav drawer - opened by clicking the "Browse Manifesto" button at the top of the page).

If the user is viewing a policy chapter page or subpolicy page (not the parent "policies" page) the Search module will be loaded in.

All policy chapters will be visible in the sidebar.
If the current page is a policy chapter - all of the nested child subpolicy pages will be visible in the sidebar as well.
