English Only / No Translation

The TTW Corporate site has "bilingual functionality" which relies on two versions of the site with identical page slugs to translate.

Given the nature of user submitted events - TTW does not want to have to translate the user's submissions - additionally this would not work well with NB's RSVP functionality, as they would technically need to be 2 seperate events.

To avoid these complications - we have added functionality to display a message and auto-redirect to the english version of the site for any page tagged english_only.
