Kindergarten entries provide the details shown on each kindergarten page, cards, map, galleries, reviews, and enquiry links.
| Field | Purpose |

| Name | Kindergarten name and generated URL/card title. |
| Featured Media | Main image or video at the top of the kindergarten page. |
| Thumbnail Image | Image and alt text used by collection cards. |
| Email / Phone / Website | Public contact details. |
| Social | Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn URLs. |
| Infocare License | Licence ID used for the kindergarten's enquiry form. |
| Address | Street, suburb, city, and postcode. |
| Region | One of Hibiscus Coast, North Shore, Northwest, Rodney, West, or Albany Support Office. Used for maps and filtering. |
| Geolocation | Latitude and longitude for the map. |
| Introduction | Heading, text, and optional image shown with the session information box. |
| Session Times | Opening times, term dates, and additional notes. |
| Enrolment Information | Enrolment text plus an optional enrolment-pack heading, button label, and document. |
| Reviews | Repeatable review text, author/attribution, and image. Reviews create the detail-page Quote Carousel. |
| Gallery | Repeatable image and alt text. A non-empty gallery creates the lightbox carousel. |
| Card Buttons | Optional additional text/link/target buttons on a kindergarten card. |
| Content Blocks | Extra page sections you can add, edit, reorder, or remove. |
| SEO | Search and social-sharing settings for this kindergarten page. |
