This basic content layout can be activated by applying the tag layout:what-matters to a published basic page.
It displays a full-width panel with bilingual headlines, a button, an authorised statement, a background image and the white Māori Party logo. See the style guide example.

| Headline | Bilingual headlines in the format Māori | English. The text before the pipe is the Māori headline and the text after it is the English headline. |
| Basic content | Button link. Add the button label and destination as a link in the content editor. |
| Excerpt | Not used. The authorised statement and email link are hardcoded into the layout. |
| First page attachment | Background image. If there is no attachment, the layout falls back to a solid black background. |
The white Māori Party logo displayed in the bottom corner is hardcoded into the layout and does not need to be added to the page.
Image Size Recommendations
The background image should use a 3:2 aspect ratio. For example, use an image that is 1800 px wide by 1200 px high.
