Blog records create news, media, policy, announcement, or e-news posts. Published records are included in Latest Updates, while the Media Releases page filters the same collection to posts tagged Media.

| Title | Post title and generated /blog/…/ URL. |
| Author / Date | Attribution and publication date. The date is used for sorting. |
| Summary | Short text used by listing panels and excerpts. |
| Thumbnail Image | Listing image and alternative text. |
| Featured Image | Main post image and alternative text. |
| Attachments | Repeatable document path, visible title, and optional file-type label. |
| Post Tags | Announcement, E-News, Media, and/or Policy. These distinguish post types. |
| Body content | Main post content entered in the content editor. |
| SEO | Search and social-sharing settings for the post. |
| Draft | Keeps the post from listings and prevents its public URL from being generated. |
An individual post page displays a Subpage Header, optional date and author, optional featured image, body content, download buttons for attachments, and social-share buttons.
The public E-News archive is currently a manually maintained Accordion page linking to Mailchimp editions; it is not generated from this collection.
