Story Banner
Story Banner manages the shared call to action that promotes Our Voices content.

| Enable Story Banner Site-wide | Master switch. When disabled, the banner is hidden everywhere. |
| Heading | Shared banner heading. |
| Supporting Text | Shared explanatory text. |
| Button Label | Visible call-to-action text. Leave blank to omit the button. |
| Button Link | Destination, normally the Kōrero for change page. |
| Open Link | Opens in the same tab or a new tab. |
The image is managed separately under Page Category Themes → Stories.
#Page-level options
Each Page has two options:
- Show Banner displays or hides the shared banner on that page.
- Show Story Cards changes the banner into a two-panel version containing the latest two stories. It is available only when Show Banner is enabled.
The Story Banner is automatically appended to Empower and Engage pages unless they disable it. The homepage contains an explicit Story Banner block. Pages elsewhere show it only when their layout includes or appends the shared banner.
Update the central text and button once rather than adding separate local banners with duplicated content.
