- Donor contacts Woven Earth via Monday.com webform: https://wovenearth.org.nz/donate-items
- This form will capture the following information:
- Name
- Phone
- Location
- Description of items
- Photos of items

Donor information is sent to Monday.com and is stored as a new contact in the Potential Donor Contacts board. The status for this donor will automatically be set to "Unconfirmed" (more details in Step 2.).
