4. House Set Up

• Use this form https://forms.monday.com/forms/e58980687c1832fe9c73e23ae82eb255?r=use1 to create a new house in the "Houses" board, "Awaiting Delivery" group.

  • Give the house a name e.g House 15.

• This board holds data for the house such as:

  • House Number
  • Location
  • Referring Agency
  • Referring Agency location
  • Woven Earth Vols/Staff involved

* In the "Awaiting delivery" group, link the house to the partner agency. Click on the relevant house's empty cell in the "Partner Agency" column and select the agency from the list.
* Note the agency location field will automatically be populated

* Note: Partner agencies are listed as contacts in the "Partner Agencies" board. New partner agencies can be added here if they don't already exist.

• Add Occupants Details
  • To enter occupant details, create each occupant as a “subitem”. Expand the subitems by clicking on the arrow next to the house name.
  • This holds data such as:
    • Occupant name
      • Age
      • Gender
      • Ethnicity
