2. Gift Accepted
- [email protected] receives a notification from [email protected] with the donor cc'ed. You must be logged in to Monday.com to view images.
- Communications with donor confirm that the gift is accepted donate and pickup/drop-off is arranged:

Manual task in Monday.com
- In the "Potential Donor Contacts" board, change the donor "status" column from "Unconfirmed" to "Awaiting Item"
- This automatically moves the donor from the "Potential Donor" group to the "Awaiting receipt of item" group
- Once the gift has been dropped off or picked up, then change the status from "Unconfirmed" to "Confirmed"
- This automatically moves the donor to the "Confirmed Donor" group
- In the "Potential Donor Contacts" board, change the donor "status" column from "Unconfirmed" to "Awaiting Item"
