6. Gift Delivery and notifying donors

• Once the gift item is delivered, change the status of the item in the “Items into homes” board to “Item delivered”.
  • Bulk update the status of all items by "selecting all" then updating status

• Ensure that items with "Yes" in the "Requires photo in house Y/N" have an in-house photo taken.
• In the "Houses" board change the status of "House 15" to "Photos to be added". This will move the house from the "Awaiting delivery" group to the "Delivered - Photos to be added" group. Ensure that all items for this house are delivered before the status is changed.

• Collate all the photos taken during the house setup and upload them into the "In House photos collated" column in the "Houses" board. Images should be reduced in size to around 100-200kb.

• When all photos have been added, the house is complete, and the donors are ready to be notified - change the status of the relevant house in the “Houses” board to “Done - Email sent”. This will automatically send an email to all donor email addresses listed in the "Donor emails" column with the relevant photos.
