Read more inside a concertina
Each concertina within a column supports the same progressive reveal as the Read More module. Visitors can open a concertina to read a short answer, then select Read more to reveal additional detail.
Setup
The page hierarchy is: module page → column Basic page → concertina Basic page. The reveal belongs in the individual concertina's content.
- Under the published
module_concertina_columnspage, open the column's Basic child page. - Open the nested Basic page that supplies the concertina's headline and content.
- In that concertina page's WYSIWYG editor, add the introduction, insert a horizontal rule (

), then add the content to reveal below it. - Publish the concertina page, its column page and the module page. Keep the
module_concertina_columnstag on the module page; you do not need to addmodule_read_more.
For example, the concertina's Basic content could be:

A short answer shown when this concertina is opened.

Further detail revealed when the visitor selects Read more.

How it works
- Opening the concertina shows the content before its first

and a Read more button in place of that divider. - Content after the divider stays hidden until the visitor selects Read more.
- The revealed content replaces the button. There is no separate “Read less” control; the concertina can still be opened and closed normally.
- Every concertina in every column has an independent reveal. Items without an

show all their content when opened.
Place the divider in the concertina page's Basic content, rather than in the column subtext or the module's introductory content.
