123form:FORM_ID

A 123FormBuilder form can be embedded on a Basic page or Basic Subpage Layout module by adding a tag with the form's numeric ID.

For example, the Register Your Interest form uses:

123form:6964111

The form appears beneath that page/module's selected Basic layout. A loading indicator is shown until the embedded form iframe is ready.

#Add a form

  1. Publish and test the form in 123FormBuilder.
  2. Find its numeric Form ID in the form's publish/share URL.
  3. Create or choose the Basic page where it should appear.
  4. Add 123form:FORM_ID, replacing FORM_ID with the number.
  5. Publish and test a real submission, including the confirmation screen and any NationBuilder integration.

The content renderer also recognises plain 123form:FORM_ID text placed directly in Basic content and replaces it in place. The page-tag method is preferred for the existing Living Wage Subpage Layout modules because the form's position and configuration remain obvious in page settings.

Important separation of responsibilities

The page tag controls only where the form is embedded. Questions, validation, notification emails, consent wording and NationBuilder field/tag mappings are configured in 123FormBuilder. Changing the ID can therefore change both the visible form and the data it sends.

Never test a production integration with a real person's details without permission. After changing a form, use an agreed test record and confirm whether it created or updated the expected NationBuilder person.
