These are both action pages, but they use different systems.

The page is a Basic Subpage Layout with:

Donate

Donate is a native NationBuilder Donation (v2) page with a custom two-column presentation. NationBuilder controls the headline/content, suggested amounts, frequency, billing fields, payment processor and autoresponse.

The current public form defaults to monthly giving and offers $20, $40, $60 and a custom amount. Treat those values as operational settings rather than theme code; update them through the Donation page settings and then run an approved end-to-end test.

Before changing a live donation form, confirm:

• the payment processor and currency
• one-time/recurring frequency options
• suggested and default amount
• required contact and billing fields
• email opt-in wording
• thank-you/autoresponse behaviour
• tracking and internal notification requirements

Never use a real donor's details for testing. Follow the organisation's agreed payment test/refund procedure.
